Warranty & Returns

"Change of Mind" Returns:

  • You may initiate a "change of mind" return by notifying us within 7 days of receiving the product, as determined by the tracking confirmation.
  • Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and should be covered at their own expense.
  • For the return to be eligible, the item must be in its original resaleable condition, meaning it has not been installed, is unused, and is returned in its original packaging.

Warranty Returns :

This product is covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase.

To make a warranty claim:

  • Notify us within the 24 month warranty period.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs for warranty evaluation.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
  • This warranty does not cover products used in commercial, rental, or hire environments, including but not limited to vehicle rentals, tour operators, or fleet applications.
  • Warranty does not cover any costs related to installation, removal, or reinstallation of the product.

Once the item is received, our team will
inspect it. If the issue is deemed covered under warranty, we will offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

This warranty is provided in addition to your
rights under Australian Consumer Law and does not limit or affect those statutory rights.
