The Akuma 4x4 Tub Rack Platform for the MGU9 delivers a strong, low-profile cargo solution that integrates seamlessly with roller shutters — providing a stable, full-length mounting surface for work gear, touring setups and modular cargo accessories.

• Low-profile fixed rack height helps keep overall vehicle height down for garages, car parks and tight tracks.
• 200kg static load rating, suitable for carrying sporting equipment, cargo boxes and rooftop tents (roller shutter support brackets required).

Versatility:

• Full-size platform measuring 1350mm (L) x 1250mm (W) to maximise usable mounting space across the tub.
• Designed to integrate cleanly with Akuma 4x4 Manual and Electric Roller Shutters, as well as compatible aftermarket roller covers.
• Integrated T-slot channels running lengthways and around the perimeter for flexible mounting of accessories, tie-down points and brackets.
• Maintains a clean, OEM-style appearance while keeping the tub functional and accessible.

Super Support Kit – When to Select

The standard 4-leg configuration is well suited to general cargo and everyday touring use.

For rooftop tent installations or heavy static loads, we recommend selecting the Super Support Kit. This adds two additional support legs to help spread weight more evenly across the tub and roller shutter system, improving stability during sustained loads.

Recommended for: Rooftop tent installations, heavy or long-duration static loads

Not required for: General cargo, lightweight or intermittent loads
