• For the return to be eligible, the item must be in its original resaleable condition, meaning it has not been installed, is unused, and is returned in its original packaging.

Warranty Returns :

• This product comes with a 12 month warranty period.
• In the event of a warranty claim, please notify us within the 12-month period from the date of purchase.
• We will cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item for warranty evaluation and repair or replacement.
• To qualify for a warranty return, the item not have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
• Please include all original accessories and packaging when returning the item for warranty evaluation.
• Once the item is received, our team will assess the issue and, if deemed covered under warranty, provide repair or replacement at our discretion.
• Please note that warranty coverage does not include any costs associated with installation, removal, or reinstallation of the item.
• Any warranties provided are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and do not affect those rights.
